Mississippi Association for Children with Learning Disabilities was founded in 1969 by a small group of concerned parents and professionals. The name was recently changed to Learning Disabilities Association of Mississippi. LDA of MS is a state affiliate of the LDA of America, a national volunteer organization of parents and professionals. It is devoted to defining and finding solutions for the broad spectrum of learning problems.

TEAAM is a non-profit, volunteer organization comprised of parents, family members, educators and service providers interested in the field of Autism. Focused on advancing the service potential for Mississippians with autism, as well as those who serve them and those who support them, our organization is dedicated to improving the understanding of Autism through extensive training.
